I’ve been working with Shelly three times per week for over 2 years. Despite years of diet, exercise and group fitness, I hadn’t ever come close to the results I wanted. I’ve been working with Shelly for about a year now and she has really transformed the way I look at working out, eating, and supplementing. She has inspired me to shift my idea of working out to training, which is easier for me to stick to because it feels more intentional than just a mindless workout. She pushes me to learn new movement patterns and complete more reps/sets than I may initially think is possible for me. She’s always proving me wrong on what I’m capable of doing.
